Out of 29 samples
From different batch of Dechorionation and Isolation
8 of them are after done the purification step
None of them can be used to proceed to subsequent step
Even get the 0.00 concentration for my RNA, negative value for 260/230 and 260/230 from different samples
Really Don't know Why
Stop for two days and Think Back What had I done actually..
