Just printed it out last night
Seem like a very interesting and challenging to me
Is something quite new for me
A lot of solution, chemical and reagent are needed
Prepare buffer, Prepare Medium, Prepare Solution
And the overall protocol is a quite time consuming process
Well
I m looking forward on it
Hope can proceed to it soon
Now are looking for embryo fixation
Learn how to fix the embryo and store for future use~
